This house was designed for a couple who love the outdoors. Typical of a Lake Flato Porch House, the design consists of almost equal parts building and porches. In a harsh south-Texas climate, tempered outdoor spaces allow for more time outdoors, and provide a protected outdoor space to take in the hilltop views of the agrarian surroundings bordering the Hill Country.
